Great tune guys. Believe it or not, I've heard (and played) this song at three separate jams in the D.C. area in the last year. It's starting to become something of a standard around here.

my ancestors owned coal mines in ky.one was a great uncle.the only time i ever saw him was at his funeral.i'm 5 or 6 at the time i don't have any idea what's going on.his wife tried to jump into the grave with him.i guess that's why i still remember. i thought she was a crazy lady. i don't remember how old he was.he had sold the mine.i think someone said he died of black lung disease.i also think he was broke.

Thanks for the comment. We were in Mt Airy, NC, in September, playing at the WPAQ Merry Go Round and later just a short hop away at Marion, Virginia. We sure hope to get back to NC real soon.
