  • Could you give us some stats as to how much your strength has changed from 2008 to now? Like max pushups, chins, situps etc and weights used then vs now. Thanks. Great job!

  • 2008: I could only do maybe 6 push ups, No chin ups ahaha... situps have never been a problem for me. 15lbs dumbbell curls, squatting 60 lbs 3x10, bench press 60 lbs

  • 2009: I do reg.,military style,wides and knee ins push-ups I max out at 30 reg and 20-22 of the others but cant do 20 of all of them at once. Chin ups I do a set of 10 wides unassisted but 2 more sets of 10 assisted. I also do rev grip, close grip and neutrals. I can push out quite a bit neutrals unassisted. I curl 45 lbs straight bar 4x8, squat 150 lbs 3x10, bench 135 lbs.

  • Thanks for the info and the music is nice. I've been working out, doing weights and losing weight but my lose skin remains. What supplements do you suggest for beginners. And can taking supplements adversely affect fertility in women...and does i =t make your voice deep?
