@chefchang thanks for ur advice.. i think i am getting good at it already although i still have some problems with certain flower style.. btw chefchang.. i cant the carving knife like the one u are using.. i try to search it from ebay and i also cant find it.. do u know how i can get that kind of knife? thanks

how long does something like this take to do? i would love to see a real-time video
chefchang.. u are wonderful.. i try a lot of ur patter but using an apple usually.. because watermelon and papaya quite expensive.. could u pls share with me some basic pattern pls?

we don't use patterns- my wife draws or i just come up with things myself or by being inspired by others. you can do it too :)

thank you! my wife was trying some carving and almost cut her finger off! i've never had a serious accident though. my troubles are more with cooking oil burns or wrist sprains.
