    A lot of them are.

  • The vast majority of high-tech innovation in the US is publicly funded from the Dept. of Defense to the university system. Private corporations like Microsoft and Goolge tap into public breakthroughs and profit from them directly. Then they repay the American tax payers by outsourcing and off-shoring white collar jobs. The biggest lie they tell is that they need to do this in order to be competitive when in fact they are dependent on our tax dollars. Why do we put up with this?

    A contract should reflect the operating principles between the two parties signing. It is only the beginning. Don't use a lawyer to write 1st draft. Instead use principle and leave room for further negotiation.

    There is a code of laws but unlike US business the book of laws should never need to come out. If it does come out then your business is finished. Everything is negotiable. That includes taxes!

  • Healthy disrespect for rules: lead paint in children's toys. I love their morbid sense of humor. Woiyou totally agree. We need to understand that economies through the ages have all want a form of slavery. Today we chose a country that kills their own people.
