Sabrina Jayne Charlesworth is a UK HPC registered Physiotherapist and a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is currently seeking a position in the Derbyshire and Yorkshire area. Her physiotherapy interests lie in neurology, especially Spinal Cord Injuries, trauma and lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries . In her spare time she enjoys, hiking, playing alto saxophone and travelling.
Stine Magistad Johansen is working as a physiotherapist at Aktiv Helse, Oslo, Norway (http://www.aktivhelsebryn.no). Her interests are feet/knee problems, the biomechanics in the lower extremities, sports injuries, and neck/upper back problems. On her spare time she enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and travelling.
The last test is the navicular drop and drift test and clinically would very rarely be performed. Its been shown in studies to not be very reliable and most physicians will be able to tell what is wrong with the foot simple by visual examination

Some authors says more than 10mm and other authors says more than 15mm is an overpronation.

The last test, how many mm does it have to be to say its an overpronator?

Yes, the exercises strenghten the muscles on the inside of the foot, which will lift the arch if you have flat feet.
