Words to the YouthBuild pledge:

We are the Hired Hands of YouthBuild.

We are ready to accept the challenges of the Future.

As a group...
we will rebuild and improve the quality of life
in our Community through shared work.

As individuals...
we will embrace education, hard work,
and a Commitment to excellence.

As a TEAM...
we will develop our potential
and become leaders and positive role models.

We do this with respect for who we were,
and where we have come from.

But we are determined
-- and have faith --
that we will each become the person
and citizen that we want to be.
