Can white fuzzy mold from dog pee make you sick and puking because my uncles dog pees on the carpet over & over at the same spot every time in the hallway and down in his room and i wonder if thats why he been sick for about 1 or 2 months now and still is he will not take any kind of meds and the mold from the dog pee makes my eyes itchy.

You can get a remote viewing camera with a flexible stem and go in beside an electrical box to see. Otherwise you could use an inspection mirror but you need a way to look inside the wall at times since it can be growing from the other side. Mold can grow without light, it doesn't use chlorophyll, like other plants, to grow.
Get rid of the moisture and it will die, it needs water, dampness.
