I wonder why John 5 never gets talked about in magazines and internet and list with vai, malmsteeen and satch. I think he is better and more versatile but thats just me.

John 5 is one of my favorite guitarists. I hate music nowadays, but I like John 5. He's an original.

Guitarists, don't emulate other guitarists. In fact, after you realize that you like playing the guitar, ignore all other guitar music and concentrate on finding out how your own soul wants to play the instrument.

clearly he is a student of the instrument. i think we will see quite a lot of him in the days to come. his talent is unique...he can cover any style and do it far beyond capably. nice!
