@zaco21 My Teacher in JKD told me and i had little experiences with a TKD guy, anyway i think he was talking about WTF not ITF i think.

@MetalSnakesUK you must have seen TKD from people who suck but I was taught by a former olympic team member and i can assure you I kick like a goddamn horse. It's the not the martial art, it's the practitioner and the quality of training that matters.
