This is the first Aviation video to come in 2012 and all footage shown in the video is filmed from the public park overlooking Runway 27 Left at Heathrow Airport. This time I was lucky to film two Boeing 747 Aircrafts operated by Qantas and Malaysia Airlines as well as a couple of Virgin Atlantic Airbus A340's but I only have included one in the video because the other clip didn't process correctly and I will remake this video next month when I get Sony Vegas to compose my HD videos. It was cold and windly and I do apologise for the loss of sound when narrating in some parts of the video. There is other various aircrafts in this video that I filmed as well with info in the tags section for Airline and Aircraft types.

  • Really nice video. I didn't know Heathrow was so busy! Boeing 777s are my favourite aircraft.

  • @TheBazza909: Thanks mate and I am glad you liked the footage! I shall be filming the JAL and the ANA Boeing 777's on my next visit. I am surprised they don't use four engines as the Airbus A340 which looks about the same length does. Maybe the reason could be that the Rolls Royce Trent 900's and the GE-90's are more powerful on that aircraft.

  • Very nice video Ash! I loved every minute of it!

  • @aocruiser: Thanks mate. Glad you liked the footage.

  • My Great Grandmother lived in one of a row of houses on Hounslow Heath called Heath Row.

Then they demolished her home and built a bloody big airfield.

  • @gyrusse: Oh would that be Terminal 5? Or am I in the wrong place?

  • @EWS60008 Great! looking forward to it :)

  • @iopy321: Ah cool. I will be doing another video next month.

  • @EWS60008 My grandparent's house is on the final approach path for runway 27L, so I can watch all of those planes fly over from the comfort of their garden :D

  • @iopy321: Indeed and it has the best choice of aircrafts to film as well as there is more varierty and certain airlines like All Nippon Airlines and Japan Airlines only call as Heathrow so its also the only place to see/photograph/film them.
