This is a cool escape. Check out Jerry Jones's roll out from mount. Also, very cool and simple to execute.

everything has a counter!!! but this is a good, effictive escape.

I know and insane counter to this escape. that set up either a calf crush or twister :)

Lol at this not working. It's pretty much the best mount escape against a good grappler. The upa ain't going to work against anyone good.

It's true it can be hard sometimes. It works a little better in nogi. In gi, the friction sometimes prevent you from nailing it.

What do you mean it doesn't work ? Did you ever train BJJ or some form of grappling ?
