Fast and fun, the School of ROK explores the educational benefits and technical fundamentals of Rokenbok construction and machines. In Episode 1 you'll meet headmaster Noah ROKs, Mr. Science Guy, and the Rokenbok Band. And, you'll learn everything you ever wanted to know about The Zone of Proximal Development!

Don't miss the ROK Blocks band hit single, Rokenbok is the Coolest Toy I Know!

And, don't miss the Rokenbok Airport video featured in this episode. There's a whole working Rokenbok airport! All the action is live. Even the Forklift hooking-up to tow the 747 is real; the Forklift has a remote controlled trailer hitch and the plane's tow bar comes standard in every set of ROK Blocks. And, yes, the Sweeper really is that good at sweeping-up ROKS. Off course, it takes one boy or girl power to get the 747 off the ground.

If you are not familiar with Rokenbok, it's a small company based in Solana Beach, California, near San Diego. The Company's mission is to create ideal learning environments for children, and Rokenbok has been shipping its high quality, educational toy system since 1997.

Rokenbok construction lets children build their own ideas, and Rokenbok ROK Star machines are so much fun because they work so well. The two together create endless, special playtimes for children and their parents. Each building set or remote control machine can be enjoyed alone or as part of an ever-growing world with unlimited play and educational potential.
Winner of more than 50 toy awards, Rokenbok is a superb investment that will engage the whole family, even when the youngest child is only three years old. In fact, parents (and grandparents) love playing with Rokenbok almost as much as their kids.

Rokenbok construction is different because you make real working buildings that interact with ROK Star machines. You can follow included step-by-step instructions, or it's easy to invent your own worlds; conveyor and chute systems, strong bridges, interactive rail yards, even a whole working airport. The idea is to build fun interactions, and then have even more fun operating your vehicles to get the job done. That's why we say, "When the building is done, the fun has just begun."

ROK Star remote control machines are tough, real-working equipment. They are built for rough play, crashes, and spills. These are not ordinary toys, but precise and very rugged little robots. Every machine is carefully designed to work with all the others to create fun interactions. A single ROK Star Controller can control every machine in your fleet, and multiple controllers let the whole family play at the same time. There are lots of hidden features, like auto-hitching, horns and sirens. These machines are smart, too. They won't interfere with each other, so you can add as many ROK Star machines and controllers as you want to your Rokenbok world.

Creating a construction system that is fun for children and adults is a sensible idea. It brings together the educational benefits of construction play and child/parent interaction. Rokenbok's goal is to create those playtimes where fun and education overlap. Rokenbok is a legacy quality toy system that your whole family can enjoy for many years, and there is a good chance you'll be handing it down to the next generation of young parents and builders.

Rokenbok was founded in 1995 by Paul Eichen, fondly known as Mr. Rokenbok by Rokenbok builders (Rokenbokers) all over the world. He can always be reached at Mr.Rokenbok@rokenbok.com
