I loved this band, they were always on the Chart Show Indie Chart. I used to tape them on my beta max! How old do i feel?

These were meant to be the next big thing..

I remember the Melod Maker creaming theirselfs everyweek about them..
And then after a few months...Dissapeared without trace.

Another one of those bands like Gay Dad, The Twang etc.

I saw them at the heineken music festival in leeds too, i was fifth into the signing tent behind some birds from leicester after saying i was going to the front to get Marion's autograph. Then i had a chat with the bassist from Powder who were bottom of the bill. I was 12.

Menswear were aces. Making up the fey side of Britpop along with Suede. I rate them over the thuggery of Oasis any day.
