The Shredder and the Foot clan are the TMNT's first enemy, they appear in TMNT #1, Baxter Stockman and the Mousers appears in TMNT #2.

dont quote me on the first nine through 12 issues thing.... but they said it would be very hard to make a movie out of just the first or second comic book.

, she finds baxter stockman has created them and is robbing banks via the mousers control. when he realizes she knows, he attacks and she escapes down a hole the mousers dug in to the sewer, the mousers begin chase....and she mets...our heros.. or filthy vigalantie assasins as it were. {turtles live in sewers...not houses they were filthy things, they also ate rotten pizza...not fresh orderd pizza i belive. it was most readily availaible as nyc's favorite food.

i would also like to point out that in the orginal seires, though the foot and the saki's have every thing to do with the creation of the turtles {besides tgi. or the other name for tgi in the comics} they arent the first foes the turtles fight. the first enemy the turtles encounter is a mad african american scientist named BAXTER STOKMAN . yes hes black in the original. also april o neal is not a reporter. but rather baxters scrub lab assistant. she finds out about the mousers,

dood, itl be rubber suits with cgi to enhance the effective realism. {sweat, tears, breath in the cold, lighting texture ect.} also this is mis informative.... the shreder may have a part in it. i doubt casy jones will. , this will fallow some of the foot backround yes, however kevin eastman and peter laird, {who created the turtles in 84 as comic characters, mean ones to} will step in as supporting producer...and the story line will cover roughly the first 9-12 issues of volume one tmnt

if they gonna make a live tmnt movie, don't even bother making it, movies right now always have CG effects, just do with a special turtle suit from the old movies with home made special effects.

I have already hated avatar, cause of overuse CG.
