What the heck is wrong with you people? Such a dangerous incident and the best you people can come up with are jokes? People could of died and you sit here at your computer mocking this pilot.

It's clear that the rear rotor malfunctioned hence why the helicopter went into an uncontrollable loop. The tail rotor is there to stabilize the chassis from spinning in the different direction than the rotor.

And honestly sometimes youtube people make me sick

i saw on of these crash near andover uk london last year in july whilst drivign down the highway. IT looked pretty bad and there were alot of emergency vehicle leaving the scene. THe media says all the occupants escaped unharmed but by the way the emergency vehicles were leaving the scene i would of said it was much worse. Is it possible the military would cover up casualties or deaths from public and use the media as a coverup tool?

Sadly pilot error imho. Large field to land in, light all up weight, but probably under pressure to do a sporty landing beside the camera. Possible a downwind landing, but they would have known exactly what the wind direction was. Far too steep an approach. Normally the tail skid hits the ground first, protecting the tail rotor, but something in the tail rotor failed as a result of the harsh impact. The bounce after landing is typical in prep for a level to land, not a go around….

…All was lost after that. The standard drill after tail rotor failure is to instantly shut both engines, but this didn’t happen at any stage. It must have been hell in the cockpit though once full rotation kicked in. I flew these for six years and had a partial tail rotor failure in Belize. Not nice and no time to think straight. There by the grace of god walk many of us who have escaped only through luck and providence. RIP

Watch carefully.. the pilot does extremely well to keep the heli corrected despite tail rota issues!!!... well done that man.

If you saw a man falls out and I think he gets chopped up you can't really see because it kinda falls and the spins around on him
