  • Yes its a B747-400D. D stands for Domestic, they are basically high seat density mainly for short hops within Japan.

    Only ANA and JAL operate them...

  • No, he is not right. this is a 747-400D, which has no winglets, because it is specially designed for high-capacity, short haul routes. This aircraft is specially designed without winglets.

  • -400D Means the specially designed "domestic" 747, created for short-haul,high capapcity flights, particularly in Japan.
