  • @chiconspiracy health is a combination of vO2 max, muscle endurance and tolerance these things speak nothing to power lifting if any of the three are left out and modern sports medicine is showing increasing data to support being huge is essentialy degenerative and unhealthy. Boxers, fighters.. true healthy athletes

  • These plyometric exercises improve power and explosiveness to punches. The same principle as clap push ups. Very good tips thankyou

  • @jmac23192 You're basically pushing your body up, and balancing on your toes. So, I'm guessing it benefits your traps, balance, posture, and upper body strength.

  • @kettlebellconvert i agree..my workout includes almost all muscles...i dont take any weight gainer or other stuff that helps u build some muscle and i still got muscle
