Jimmyhoffa, a GSX-1000 is NOT a first bike. Get something more manageable and learn to ride properly before you work up to a superbike. Either that or get a big BIG life insurance policy (see videos of first ride crashes). Also, leathers are required by most tracks to run a track day. One spill on the pavement and trust me, you WILL get leathers.
