@Canuckchick52 Well I'm glad he inspires you. I am the same way with some other players. I like Blake, always have. I was just saying that he's not one of the elite in the history of the game like the other 2. I understand all you are saying, but also never doubt Crosby or Ovechkin's passion for the game. They do have more money and sponsors, but that's because they earned them. Blake would take the same money if it were offered.. guaranteed. Blake's good. Didn't mean to insult. Just my stance.

@makemyaday In skill level I know he doesn't compare, but he's got more heart then both of them. I know for a fact that it's hard to do anything with cancer, let alone play in the NHL. He has true passion for the game, which is unlike some players who do it for the money, sponsors and attention etc. To me he is a true hero, no matter what the points say.

@Canuckchick52 LOL I like Blake and I am a supporter of his.. but to claim he is anywhere NEEEEAR Crosby and Ovechkin is ludicrous and laughable. Crosby and Ovechkin have more points in 4 seasons than Blake has in his 12 year career. And dont even DARE blame cancer for that. Blakes highest point total in a season before cancer was 69... Sidney Crosbys lowest point total..102. Ovechkins..92. Blake takes a lot of underserved shit, and is..or was talented. But dont even mention him and those 2..

Jason Blake is an amazing player to overcome cancer and keep playing hockey. Great player that you should never critize. Beats Crosby any day. Comes close to Ovechkin.
