  • would these hit more the hamstrings and glutes than the quads cuz thats where i feel them in the morning and 2-3 days later.

    Hey mate, Dont worry your not doing anything wrong because your feeling sore in the hams and glutes the next day. These muscles are what we called synergists in the exercise. They are not hit directly from the lunge, which the quads are, but they are involved in the movement so that is why you may be feeling sore the next day. Try stretching before and after training, and warming up and down.
