Hi, this is " la cucina casalinga", home made style. The purpose will be to promote each persons individuals style of cooking using their own recipe, I am going to showcase senior Italians who live in Italy and those Italians that have emmigrated to other parts of the world such as USA, Canada, Australia etc... I am also in the process of creating a cooking show for " La Vera Cucina", this will be based on only authentic Italian regional cooking, so stay tuned.
