@akulsecondary Definitely, it gonna...Just focus on your calories and food intake as well and always remember "Right nutrition, Enough workout and Perfect sleep" ..And FYI, I used to weigh 120 Pounds and my height was around 180...In 9 months , I gained 50 Pounds ( My daily calories intake was about 2400+) and with his workout methods, I expect to have a perfect physique :)
Good Luck...

@akulsecondary Do lots of pullups, pushups and dips if possible, body weight exercises are the best for building just general muscle and body strength.

Great!
Ok, I used to be overweight, but I lost about 16 pounds in a few months after some dieting. Unfortunately, now (although I have a small amount of belly fat) I have very weak and skinny arms. Will this exercise plus pushups get my arms stronger, at least to a point where I'm able to do some decent weightlifting? For reference, I'm 15, 5 ft. 9", and around 125 lbs; I'm not looking for body builder arms, just some more muscle. Please help me out, I really hate being this weak.
