On 14th September 2011 Professor Hans Keirstead visited Edinburgh to talk about the progress that has been made in developing treatments to limit the paralysis and loss of sensation caused by a spinal cord injury. The visit marked the end of a fundraising challenge dubbed 'The Mighty Push' but we are also hopeful that it will act as a catalyst to stimulate interest in further efforts to support this area of research.
