You can try with Gamespy Arcade or All Seeing Eye if there is someone playing around. You can also use Hamachi and try to find some servers for revolt (not easy...) or create your own server with Hamachi and envite some friends (all must use Hamachi). Also you can play by IP with your friends. This game is old, there are not much people playing it...

On Rv-House web site you have the Router/firewall help. In there you have the right way to configure your router for the game and a link to Port Forward web-site's where you can find info about any kind of router.
