I will say this for whatever crime the dude did do prior to running from the law and then hitting an officer by vehicle during the chase of him.should have ALL been dealt with in court*NOT out in the field of pursuit of the criminal & especially when he was flipped and rolled out of his vehicle and laying on the ground unconcious then beaten down on by other officers*.he layed there defenseless-out cold. And yes he do a bad thing but,it was no cause to take action on him as knocked out
