@Dolphindream15 There's an exhibition in the towers about the bridge. and you can cross the two footbridges at the top; you can also see the original lifting engines. There's a charge though.

@Dolphindream15 It's not closed. The two footbridges at the top did close years ago, but you can now cross them for a charge (it's part of the exhibition about the bridge in the towers).
