why havent they put those seens in the acutal anime or one of the movies?

Aside from the fact that the official music videos for /all/ of the four mains have entirely new footage, it was probably because the only-released-in-Japan "extras" tapes, while mostly being remixed versions of old footage, wouldn't have sold as well without some new stuff. Also, a /lot/ of it is really, REALLY symbolic, and would probably have a hard time fitting in a more literal storyline.

what episodes is 0:49 at and 0:22 at cause i have seen all 112 episodes and both mnovies and havent seen those in the show

Those clips are from the official music video for "Koori no NAIFU wo Daite", one of Kurama's image songs. I got the footage originally from Rosewhip.net, but that site's vanished off the face of the earth, so I've got no idea where you could find it now.
