This is good for a few reasons. First of all, if you're trying to build muscle, you need to make sure you're getting enough protein in your body. You could do that with whole food, but protein powder simply makes it more convenient. So you can supplement whole foods with whey protein powder, and that will make your diet more practical and convenient to get all the calories you need in order to grow.

Creatine:

It increases your strength in the gym, which allows you to lift more weight and build more muscle. It also helps decrease lactic acid buildup, decrease mental fatigue, and speed up your recovery time between workouts.

Essential Fatty Acids:

This Increases testosterone levels, and decreases inflammation. Fats are also very nutrient-dense so it's a great way to get more high-quality calories in your diet.

You can get essential fatty acids from things like flax seed oil and fish oil just to name a few.

So what are the lies that supplement companies have been feeding you?

Well they've been selling you the idea that "All you need to do is take this pill, or mix up this magic powder, and you're muscle growth is going to explode!"

Nothing could be further from the truth. And the fact that they are selling you this idea is actually dangerous because it makes it sound like the supplement will do all the hard work for you.

Listen, the fact is, in order to gain weight you need to eat the right foods and you need to know what you're doing in the gym. If you get these 2 things wrong then all the supplements in the world won't help you gain an ounce of weight.

So just remember that weight gain supplements are just that. Supplements. They SUPPLEMENT your diet with nutrients that help your body build muscle mass. They aren't magic beans that will replace diet and exercise, despite what the supplement companies want you to believe.

  • @MERIK001 is organic but veget doesnt have calories so that oil is stupid cuz we need calories fat calories to get more mass so why we should use this oil when we need calories and not proteins?

  • Hey weight gainer...can u drink too much in one day that u would danger urself.

  • @xbox360wisher Muscle is difficult to gain but space your meals out every two to three hours and make sure you are eating enough protein. No less than 200 grams a day.

    I would not worry about wighing yourself for at least three months as if your a slow gainer it will only make you feel negative. Make sure you are sleeping no less than eight hours a night and your performing your exercises properly with good form.

    Lastly stay with it, if it was easy every one would be doing it!

  • @Darksiegify Dedication and education (on exercise) will always work. You can lift at 15 I can send you a picture of my 13 y/o cousin who is shredded just to prove it lol

  • Hey I'm 15 and I'm a really skinny guy who is always getting told how skinny I am at school and me just looking in a mirror I don't even like it. I have a bench but I don't know if it's even possible for me at my age to gain any muscle and I'm wondering if I should even start trying because Honestly I can't handle being the skinny guy out of all my bigger friends who they even make fun of me. If I dedicate myself would this work?

  • I've been working out 4-5 days a week pretty hard for about a month and a half. I've been taking one scoop (about 5g) of creatine and 4-6 scoops of whey protein everyday. Creatine before and protein throughout the day. I've also been eating around 3500 calories a day and in this month and a half I've only gained about 2 pounds. what am i doing wrong?? any help is appreciated.
