I think the whole thing is intended and being managed.
Bernanke is an expert on the great depresion. He and his team are there to manage the collapse.
The fall of America will shock the world into accepting centralised global economic governance.
That will set the stage for phase 2 - centralised global political governance.
We are in for one hell of a ride.
The human world is being transformed utterly before our eyes.

The European Union is spiralling into debt, with mammoth fraud and incompetence trashing the EU inside and out.
But that won't stop EU penpushers holding member states to ransom by taking them to court to snatch their multi-million Pound wage claims!

The best part about all of this information, is that no one cared about this before the panic began....sounds similar to the tech bubble and every other panic in history....you all become concerned only when something goes horribly wrong. thank you mankind, for never changing and making markets tradeable.

While I agree with your premise of preparation, nothing can pinpoint to a specific timetable quite yet...Nothing came out of the meeting out of Europe and even if the G 20 does fail, the leaders will not come out when the meeting adjourns crying of the collapse that you speak of. Unless it is done on purpose, the infrastructure will not suffer some fatal demise.

As more and more companies (and countries!) will near the end of their accountancy cycles, the picture will become clearer.
BTW: Deep inside I hope that the boom will start tomorrow and last for centuries;) But it would be crazy not to see what's going on and what's about to happen.

Hello and Thanks Mike from the US. I am highly recommending that anyone interested in whats happening in Mexico check out the link that Mike gave us for the LA Times Interactive map. The site is a wealth of information, organized in a very usable way. This war in Mexico may be the straw that breaks the camels proverbial back soon in USA Take time to explore it. I wish this format could be used for the ongoing financial crisis. It would help make sense of the widespread madness.
