I have the patch but my question is....I run the MH3 via USB. Will this have any affect? Will I need to run the game off a disk instead?

nah Im running it from USB, but V2 doesnt work for me.

So the patch works for basically just the item's names and certain others, but not NPCs and dialogue?

yo the reason why version 2 wont work because u got wiisos iso get caravan iso its way better i could go online and the patches work google it
