I gently let my fingertips run over the cold glass. Beneath the glass was a beautiful picture of me and my ocean eyed guardian angel..

The picture was so breath taking and beautiful. This was tooken by Selena right after we came out to the wedding reception. She was whispering 'I love you' in my ear. It made my mouth curl into a smile. I found myself smiling looking back on the memory. How I wish for her to be here in my arms. I would never let her go. I'd keep her forever. Our life had been so perfect. I just wonder why I screwed it all up? Was it because I needed to help a friend out? Still I have no idea why I wrecked the most amazing relationship in my lifetime. Through all those breakups and makeups, I still messed it all up. All of this brought a amazing flashback before my chocolate brown eyes..

Eight Years Ago;
Nick;
"Nick! Stop! It tickles!" Miley was screaming. I had her by the waist and was tickling her stomach. Her giggles were so loud it was making me chuckle. "I'll stop if you kiss me." I promised. Through her giggles she managed a yes. I let her go by the waist and she turned her torso and was facing me with those beautiful blue eyes. "You're the most demanding fourteen year old I know Nicholas." She said with a smile. "But you love me right?" I forced her to answer. She smiled. "Of course I love you. How can I not love you?" I chuckled. "You never know Smiley. I mean one day I'd like to call you mine, what if all dies?" She wrapped her arms around my neck and looked up at me with a smile. "You already have me Nicky. Forever." I smiled and gently felt her lips press onto mine. She slowly pulled away. I removed her arms from my neck and let them fall at her side. "So no matter what. No matter how many times we break up. I still have you?" I asked curiously. She grabbed my hands and intertwined our fingers. "Yes. You have my heart. Wherever you go, I'm with you Nicholas. Always remember that..."

To the present;
Nick;
I picked the picture up in my shaky hands and pressed it hardly to my chest. I pressed my back to the wall and slid down the wall. I let these hot and heavy tears run down my face. Those words that Miley had said eight years ago. Were they genuine? I shook my head and allowed the tears to flow harder down my face. "Her words are genuine, Nick." I looked up and saw nothing in front of me. "Are you that floating voice?" I asked curiously. The floating voice chuckled. "Yes." "Why are you following me? That isn't cool." He chuckled. "Still the same Nick. Always sarcastic and curious." I looked around my room for some sign. "Whats your purpose here?" "I'm here to lead you back with your soul mate." I scoffed. "How in the world do you know my soul mate?" "Because shes your wife. You both have the same hearts." I mustve had this odd look on my face because he laughed. "I know its confusing, but when two people who have the same heart they are meant to be." "Am I dead?" I asked slowly. "Your very much alive Nick. Just believe that one day you'll have Miley with you again. Just have patience." Then the voice disappeared. I still looked around, thinking that I was in Heaven when I was just hearing a voice..
