Is Shazam Encore Worth $5.99?

Was testing out Shazam and man!! this program sucks balls for the price. i really wanted to know the names of those songs that were playing on a YouTube video and it didn't recognize not a single track.
Shazam is fucking useless if you're not into mainstream garbage.

I fully agree with you. Shazam in all honesty only has very limited usage if all it recognises is mainstream music. However I don't think the app it's self is the blame, it's the music database behind Shazam that is the problem.
