Really bad job interview

The reality is, if the hiring manager was some ugly GUY instead of that fat chick, she might have a pretty good chance of being hired. She just seemed nervous and she was not asked any techincal questions. Most of the time it comes down to appearance and personality.

I agree that your qualifications sometimes just don't matter.

At the water cooler, I asked a hiring manager how were the interviews going to which he replied "Not good so far". I asked him if he was looking for anything specific in case I know someone who'd be a good fit. He replied "I m looking for a cute girl (laughter)"

He's single btw and only after that did I notice that all employees (4) in his department are Asians; he's too.
Not drawing any conclusions but simple observations
