I gained 6" in my vert. I just completed my
district volleyball season and we did very well
taking 2nd in state, Now the season was over,
I will finish the workouts.:) Looking forward
to the next month in this.:))

@ExtremeAthletics88 woa there buddy first off, learn some proper grammar, and second, your not the best athletes in the world. Nor is that the most extreme basketball training I've ever seen. And with those two facts in mind, he probably could last a second training like that.

THis is great, but I feel doing too much of this trains your CNS to think you are being pulled back, thus slowing you doing. Short term the potentiation is dramatic, but long term... I'm curious as o what happens. Making the band pull in the opposite direction, would make you feel faster.. know what I'm saying?

#VIDEOPOSTERID# I'm only a 5'8 white guy and I am able to dunk easily. Anybody can do it, just follow the right training program. I personally followed the 1 at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but any training prog is good if they work that is... lol

Dude!! You probably couldn't even last a second doing our training plus this training is only done by us in Chicago. If you did this training. You probably be on the floor crying for you mama. Oh and take your negative comment somewhere else and don't say shit unless you have something good to say. HATER!!!

You can mess with the rubber band technique or just do some squats or get on an explosion/vertical leap machine. Much more effecient with quicker results then this rubber band resistence gig

this doesnt do anything if your not doing it right....you have to explode everytime you step and jump...if you jsut go through the motions its gonna do shit for you cept get u tired

You are right about that. You get what you put in. If you do it with little or NO effort you will get little or NO results.
