I'm in Australia, but I'd LOVE one of those! Awesome idea, and I love that it works with "dry" rice from scratch. Impressive.

Comparing with the wheat bread, the rice bread tastes sweet and chewy.

@sososorri The rising process cannot be rushed, as that would create giant holes in the bread. Nice try, though ^_^
