  • The 1st tune is Led Boots written by Max Middleton not Jeff Beck!

  • Doet pijn aan mijn oren!

  • @jonsilence did you ever think that she is getting the sound that she desire from her choice of keyboards?.....Just because it's not what you want to hear doesn't mean a dam thing to others that enjoy the sounds that she produce. I'm sure that she make enough money and has more than a few keyboard companies that would give her any keyboard that she may desire...better yet, she probably turn down all sort of offers from keyboard manufactories from all over the world.

  • This performance is still excellent..the sound could be better quality..but thats not the bands fault..they probably sounded much more clearer there at this concert..i can still tell that they kick all azz whenever and however they want.:)

  • compared to who?

  • I like the way her synthesizer playing sounds totally artificial and hard edged. No balls? One reviewer said that the sound could make your teeth curl. This is a pretty poor example though, she doesn't do much with it. Try Hiromi Uehara Best Teme Kung-Fu World Champion. Anyway, if you have someone in mind who is better I'd like to know who it is.

  • its not her best time on the synth or the piano, there is a really really really good one but i cant find atm, u probably cud

she isnt doing hardcore techno, shes doing a jazz fusion with jazz licks on the keys, sorry if u got the wrong idea from this vid :S

doesnt sound as nice as she usually does either of them, slightly distorted and some kind of limiter going on

  • jonsilence is absolutely right. Stick to the piano, baby, that's where you are unrivalled! You really touch me with your piano, but your synth leaves me perplexed.

  • lol im k

  • As a pianist Hiromi is nearly unequalled today. Technique, flair, emotion, lyricism, even humor; she's peerless. BUT when it comes to synth, I find her mostly cheesy/corny, very dated and weak. Her tone settings in particular need updating/tweaking and even though she is female, she needs more BALLS when she plays synth. She's got'em, in kingsize, on the piano, but on the synth she needs a lot of help. But I love her nonetheless. Get some synth balls baby!
