Week Summary :o) P90X workouts, New Foods,Stickam, and Me singing the National Anthem at a M.M.A. Fight Night. Lisa, I forgot to put the New exercise portion in darn it. It was neat cause this week my cousin-in-law sent me a workout online that i tried it was a 20 min fast pace cardio workout :o) And I forgot to put a pic in of my S4S challenge vision board (next week i'll put both in)
