I love this version! I'm playing this in my jazz combo and we are having a really hard time improv soloing to this song... but I got some cool ideas from this. <3
Ginger Rogers sings this to Fred in Swing Time to encourage him to learn to dance. Fred is only acting like he can't dance...falling down...for the purpose of mollifying Ginger, who he had earlier inadvertently publicly embarrassed. Only problem is that he manages to get her fired...and then by dancing with her, gets her re-hired. Get it? Well....OK.....I guess you just gotta see the film.
