If you Have a Canadian Trackside Guide 2011 it shows all the VIA's that got Wrecked. It's on page 1-83.
VIA 6400 was wrecked at St Charles Quebec in 2010 and retired in 2010
VIA 6422 was wrecked at Acton Ontario in 1999 and retired in 2001
VIA 6423 was wrecked at Thamesville Ontario in 1999 and retired in 1999
VIA 6430 was wrecked at Bowmanville Ontario in 1999 and retied in 2001
VIA 6447 was wrecked near Biggar Saskatchewan in 1997 and retired in 1998
VIA 6450 was wrecked at Miramichi New Brunswick in 2000 and retired in 2001

Neat I thought there were only two retired after a wreck. I know that there are two at MMC Montreal and one is 6400.

@canadiantimberwolf1 In February of 2010 because of too much snow and blwoing snow on the tracks near Quebec City on the Ocean that was bound for Montreal. Early morning wreck.

I like VIA 6400, the sound of the loco was low and grunty...what happened an when did this happen?
