請解釋自然勁太極法 it's different from the traditional 108 form tai chi. What have you put into it? Thanks

hi yenschung, please explain the nature energy flow method. you seem to have a lot more movements in there to the sequence i know, and some parts and orientation are different. is Angela a friend of yours? i love her style but it's also very different to what we're taught here in UK. thanks.

What I have put into it? Nothing; I practice this Yang style 108 form as close to 1930s format as possible. I believe each form can & should be use defensively or offensively. To ensure this purpose being reached; there were more joint movements than others.

The Yang style 108 form I did was base on master Yang Chengfu large frame 108 form which he was instructor at The Central Guoshu Institute (1928~47). It's different from later year in Beijing master Yang taught. Due to most of students in Central Guoshu Institute were already have years of other martial art experience, so this 108 form Da Jia Tai Chi is more outburst energy.
