actually only diesel trucks have glow plugs now adays and i have a 2000 durango sport and it is a truck and i also have a dodge 3500 hd so i know a truck when i see one and a durango is one just without a cargo box

@olb2389 thats true, plus suvs are more based on trucks themselves like take the durango its based on the dodge Dakota the only difference is that its all covered and not a open bed and the body is all one peace and plus if u look and most trucks they have rear seat but are small except crew cab trucks and single cab so technically most SUVs are trucks and the only way i know this is cuz my dad worked at a plant that build gm and dodge vehicles and he built both and said their the about the same

i don tunderstand why people gotta hate. who cares if its a truck or an SUV. you hate on the SUV but look at it this way... the third row is for more people... third row or not its all fun so shut the hell up

Hate to tell you guys a Durango isnt a truck,if you ever had one you could tell by the soccer team in the 3ed row.Trucks dont have spark plugs they have glow plugs.

Durangos are really good in snow... i live in milwaukee, WI and its snowed here up to 4 feet of snow and a durango just went threw the snow like if it was on the freeway.. im going to get one of these bad asses soon.
