  • The One (1) Inch kick

The one-inch kick is a very effective kick and it is not merely for demonstration purposes only. The power that is being generated from just a short distance can be very easily applied in close quarters fighting. If a person understands the principles, application and theory behind the kick and learns to generate power from this short distance, they will have no problem delivering power from a long distance.

  • Powerful kick, my friend; There is much force being generated within a fraction of a second, this is serious stuff. For those of you that misunderstood the video, this is merely a demonstration of this man's ability to generate power, it's logically not something to be used in combat. It would be nice to see a follow up tips & tutorial video pertaining to the mechanics of this kick, knowledge such as this ought to be shared...

  • Whether or not he pulled his leg back even half a foot is irrelevant.. His foot was up in the air. basic rule of kicking is the higher you kick the less power you have.. ESPECIALLY IF YOU START WITH YOUR LEG IN THE AIR.. try it.

  • @MarkSPARTAN127 hell yeah! ive kickked thru plenty of wood starting from the ground. i most likely wouldve just fallen over if i tried something like that! haha

  • Funny how top comment says "this is merely a demonstration" and Uploader says "it is not merely for demonstration" ...

  • nice kicks - but white wood splits along a gain with any small tap when the ends are held and solid 4" concrete blocks will break with a tap when they are laid flat. But people use them in demos as they look good. I assume everyone knows that anyway, but try that with 3/4 inch ply and a board that short, the guy holding the plywood would probably go backwards the ply won't break. just to give you some idea what I mean, 1" plywood can support the weight of a car over a hole in the road!!!!

  • I'm really impressed... I don't say that a lot.

  • take your shoes off and try it again.

  • keep clicking 9

  • @ReveretheHood

    timing is the key.

  • quality

  • simply amazing

  • @VERTICALPUNCH emm apparently you have never been a street fight master. I'll wait patiently as you line up for the "one inch kick”. The one-inch kick is a very effective against static targets. What happens if you’re not on a movie set?
