Million Dollar Question, WHY THE STYROFOAM CUPS????

Check out the post link below but basically I have pics of the Maybach (which they had no business smoking and driving in) with Styrofoam cups visible. According to the po-po's they found a controlled substance in the car, which based on the pics we can ASSUME is that lean-Codeine... I just wanna ask all the mofo's that walk around holding Styrofoam cups... WHY? Isn't that advertisement for what's actually IN the cup? Aint no damn body crazy!!!!
