You do reakize how irrelevant and stupid that "threat" sounds to a non-believer?

It's like a kid threatening an adult that he won't get gifts from Santa.

Dan Barker did a superb job of giving a terse and witty analogy of how absurd and unjust the Christian scheme of salvation is. The "Good News" of Christianity is essentially the religion attempting solve a problem that it imagined up. It would be the equivalent of me saying you owe me money, which you never borrowed, and then absolving you of the imaginary debt, and then expecting you to love me for it. It is the height of insanity to find this belief at all plausible.

Prefix his remarks with "hey you guys walking by - you've murdered and stolen and raped and deserve to be executed but somebody else went in your place."

    Now, that's more realistic.

No. Your myths don’t scare me. The notion of a place of eternal perdition has no more evidence for it than does Zeus and his lightning bolt. To threaten me with everlasting damnation is about as frightening to me as threatening me with the idea that Zeus will be angry at me and electrocute me. And yes, if your God does exist, and condemns a man to never ending torment, just because he has the temerity to doubt, then he is a sadistic thug unworthy of worship or respect.

sadistic thug? Satan has you fooled, lied to, swindled and you are just 1 of billions who will live and die on this earth without a clue. I suggest at least ONE prayer before you die, but sooner is better. It takes 5 seconds, but could save you from eternity without heaven.

"Jesus if you are real, please remember my name."

if you could watch the 90 min doc, "Why I am no longer a Christian" on youtube and give me your thoughts I would be extremely curious. I want to know what a believer would think of this. Thanks
