  • How much Por-15 did you use for both the over and underside of the floor pans?

  • @loveanianimeme If I remember correctly, I used the better part of a pint, but I only did the top (and touched up a couple of spots on the bottom). You might search or ask over on The Samba as I'm sure someone has done both top and bottom.

  • I had a body shop owner tell me the other day that, when applied as directed, POR 15 lasts about two years before rust starts coming back through. Just try finding a body shop that will give you any kind of rust warranty, even when using POR 15....none will.
