Pizzaburgers done the quick and healthy way with a side of Brocolli and cheese sauce! MMMM MMMM! This meal is irresistable and fun. Just one of the healthy meal ideas helped Mr. G lose 60 pounds since October 9, 2009... that's a loss of approximately 8 lbs. per month all while eating delicious foods that are super tastey, super quick, and super healthy. You can do it too!

  • @mattmax11 They do, but they are 20 minutes away too!... I had the jar at home when I decided to make this video (about 3 weeks ago)... just got to editing it today... been busy.

    You really don't need a chart for fruit and veg, eat as much of those as you like. Even if some of them do have relatively high calorific content they also have lots of good vitamins and fibre.
