Youre right, my friend, it sucks really !!! Especial to his employees. VF- Germany fires 600 busy people in Germany, near the whole customer service, the source them out in April 2012.

Disgraceful company - in New Zealand anyway. I am sick of the scams which clean out my balance. To complain to Vodafone costs money, and often the service is down, but still charges money. I would not recommend that anyone uses Vodafone.
