The composer's name is Kozaburo Hirai, Japanese.
The pianist is calling this tune as 'Sakura Fantasia' but the real name in Japanese is 'Gensou kyoku sakura sakura.'
Gensou means fantasy, kyoku is tune or song, sakura means cherry blossom.
'Sakura sakura' is a very famous tune in Japan and this was a kind of arrangement.
Anyway, this pianist is absolutely great!

I've made up my mind. Since I can't find this arrangement in the US, I'm going to fly to Japan simply to buy the sheet music for this.
