@jarredjazz hate to burst your elitism bubble but yes some/most real dj's who have been using vinyl for 10-20 years and are on top of the dj food chain have switched to laptops. it really depends on how you utilize the new technology and how you act about it to really determine if you are a fake ass posing dj or not.

I fully agree with you for the 2% of dj's who are now using laptops and have earned the right to do so. however the other 98% person who call themselves djs without ever putting the time in , those djs who download the tracks we spend years looking for on vinyl , those edit monkeys who loop up the first 2 bars of a track and call it an edit and play it non stop on there serrato or traktor...
