Tobin makes a late night run to Shibuya before he leaves Japan, and gets some great footage of Shibuya Kaikan, one of the most legendary arcades in Tokyo. All the games are only 50 yen to play, and it's got a huge number of retro games, rhythm games, fighting games, you name it.
